I am an applied microeconomist with a focus on urban, public, and labor economics. I have specific interests in policy analysis, particularly in questions related to improving residential welfare. My current research quantifies the extent to which short-term rental regulations reduce Airbnb supply and the impacts across various host types.
When I'm not in the office, you can find me instructing at StarCycle Eugene, camping with friends and family, or playing pickleball.
